Why we choose to open Japanese Restaurant?

Why we choose Japanese Restaurant because nowadays japan economy reaching its peak, white collars believed that they had to attend more social intercourse to show their working effort. Therefore, they liked to have business meetings or after-work gathering in those bar-restaurants.  Living under a huge pressure, bar-restaurants became a place for middle-aged white collars to share their gloom and complaints. Ladies and families no longer welcome these restaurants with such a distressing atmosphere.

What Does Kaiju Mean?

Kaiju (怪獣) is a Japanese word that literally translates to "strange creature" and is used to refer to a genre oftokusatsu entertainment. Kaiju films usually showcase monsters of any form, usually attacking a major Japanese city or engaging another monster(s) in battle.Godzilla is an example of a daikaiju; others include Gamera, Mothra, King Ghidorah, Mechagodzilla, Anguirus, and Rodan.

The term kaiju is used in English to describe monsters from tokusatsu and Japanese folklore, monsters such as vampires, werewolves, Frankenstein's monster, mummies and zombies would fall into this category. Godzilla

Teppanyaki

The originator of the teppanyaki-style steakhouse is the Japanese restaurant chain Misono, which introduced the concept of cooking Western-influenced food on a teppan in Japan in 1945.They soon found the cuisine was less popular with the Japanese than it was with foreigners, who enjoyed both watching the skilled maneuvers of the chefs preparing the food as well as the cuisine itself, which is somewhat more familiar than more traditional Japanese dishes. As the restaurants became popular as tourist spots with non-Japanese, the chain increased the performance aspect of the chef's preparation, such as stacking onion slices to produce a flaming onion volcano. So we bring this culture to this Kuching, Sarawak. Shanghai teppanyaki Uminosachi inline2
